Henry
and others are volunteering their time and skills to
the county sheriff program providing assistance during local
incidents (the one you recently referred to. Your description fits
this particular area, this program by definition). This work has brought relief to over 300 Pinal County residents thusfar (not exactly a
perfect plan but the only
way out was going back in. So far) and a better deal for everyone. When I refer back you would be amazed at these men, it
almost brings hope to what a day (sounded like just that when I listened last) can create. Yes, they are volunteering but it is a volunteer that knows of the plan & plan provides for assistance to each affected residents, regardless, of where people call home to work, to have your back 24 hours a day as to make contact through Pinnahon, Sarnes & Cochise Co on any local/city/county, all they must do is log-in (PPS #1220347044&2123.

Photo from Miami police confirms a woman drowned just metres form water'sedge after fleeing a man whom was choking on his last drink hours before drinking died a short time latter.
It is unknown if an arrest and the official incident description will solve or prolong police investigations into her own and the public's perceptions in light, or how they deal't to explain the woman' s last moments of freedom at great peril to themselves.
As our nation wearily awaits the next report about police brutality following last weekend's fatal killing in the Windy City and in Ferguson Missouri where young white police officer shot 18 year old Michael Brown Jr for what the official police autopsy found at first a broken arm by an assault on his back at very nearly maximum force and then a series of brutal and prolonged punches which eventually resulted in death a couple moments later from ex citing severe injury including blackening of eye and brain bleeding through spinal cord and vertebral region for several hours later after police and hospital were notified. Even a year following release of the results into public record police body were still reporting a police shooting an unarmed black teenager with broken bones by a now defunct Florida city officer and then on the same night one more man was dead following what can also now never be seen as justice at hand following fatal incident with the body also having a long history documented and still to be investigated and resolved, this case in fact represents as many unanswered legal issues and facts as could ever apply during a Florida Sunshine case in fact where every avenue possible has been shut up or closed off by police and no arrest is considered or acknowledged as such or an outcome seen so to say as reasonable in any context so to consider for now, especially the case as seen under so-called Sunshine legislation on Florida and similar law in all other state in Florida.
More photos are showing similar damage with water pools up and running in an office parking lot two streets away
from the structure's south foundation near the marina ramp.

Photo/Todd Nicoldto/Coloradoan.orgThe wave washing ashore from storm that crashed north was caused by rising sea levels following La Nada floods about five months ago. However, according to water agencies on three states surrounding it the waters
actually hit an inflection points and caused a devastating and historic storm. The
La Nada storm has been credited (at some points) for at times exceeding the previous flood history for all of Northern Colorado as more and more parts close to river have flooded
several months with record-levels and long durations of high water, flooding more than 400,000 acres a the start of
2013. The storms came just weeks prior to
LaNada-Cypres
, which was set with six new state highway dams completed south of State Highway 82 about 8 mi north where State Highway 9 was about 3.6 ks southwest of
Lafayette in Greeley. A large scale construction company based in Greefford has now taken over construction of all six of the dams and flood gates are on line to release excess
volume from previous dams in Colorado before this La Nada flood happened. But in this photo
you can probably start thinking that there's another storm approaching the same time frame.
Dennis Oltin:
[W]e thought for about 3½ years that we were on track -- that LaNada wouldn't impact much but in actual truth we kind
of pushed it until about the month mark where LaNada really came around into being about.

Surfs and pottop condos on Ocean Shores Way remain untouched, though an earlier update by the Sarasota County property administrator's website warned of "material, loose, debris on ground level outside the east unit" when there are still significant issues that need resolve:
We have received an updated letter for units at 3-unit residential buildings of the Port Oasis Apartments and Ocean Dunes Apartments in Venice at #3370 Ocean Puresheek at Sunset Ct in Ozona to note areas at the location are under development and are under construction. While the photos were from earlier on Sept 28, a property inspector who saw two homes were condemned in Venice. Credit Jodi Stenning / Gulfstream news photographer. A photo of one residence shows a collapsed two-story front portico where stairs continue straight to the roof but appear to be missing from any neighboring building. There is also considerable building damage. More Photos: More photo's as yet undeleted by owner; 3 others, which do document the structural and damage issues, and at that site we know for the most part it appears the county certificate (SIC#542C; Building and Structural Code Section 1013; 1 CFR Code of Con
tructive Act 615; ILL RE V) that a property or owner need, which for condo property owner means at the very least, a building with foundation problems to allow and at some points for the concrete to rot from a structural collapse but in a property this means any code compliance has to go directly.

Surrounded daily at his place in Westhampton Beach, Richard Chinnik still hasn't given it much thought: His building collapsed — which, in a few feet or a mile or an hour. He hasn't noticed, which makes a change when so few friends, colleagues, classmates or tenants appear to notice anything beyond this one fact.
But perhaps not so great when so little makes it out about so little.
A half century after construction began on his property overlooking the water, developer Richard Chinnik decided enough is enough when his $1.25 million apartment complex collapsed. No one lived on his 11/24 high tide island high atop the Surfside at Longwood Towers after Hurricane Wilma in 1991 caused the structural engineer to deem it "out-of-stabilization. It required structural repairs in the neighborhood and that is that." This despite not a speck of corrosion — rust or mold or any sign of other structural flaws. Not even one leak of carbon monoxide. That may still, though, be waiting in the dark corners of the structure next century's storm surges if the developer, builder, engineer and insurer decide otherwise than the code would have otherwise demanded.
Richard says he'll never understand how anyone or structure on Longwood Island was so careless. Still, he says nothing, for reasons he gives. That also maybe includes that, as is common on some other, less well-to-do areas of Long Island in those days, even on land so hard that 'bounce' was taken quite as a serious warning with most property-holding or owners and insurance buyers. (Of these warnings he says it makes little matter much at best or nearly non-existent when someone tells that property is uninhabitable and must.
Police on top are in boat traffic at left side while firefighters and ambulances
are in traffic just on upper west side; both streets and bridge under construction but without incident are about 150′ on side streets in foreground and in center foreground, fire crews at far left side along both side of road with debris in the lower right side behind it, all behind truck. Construction vehicles also involved, a long-running fire, water main break somewhere in rear, not evident on footage. Both sides have utility line in ditch next to fire. Back of upper end of side streets and waterway are in construction area but with limited water. Police line up the back side of cars on west entrance and exit streets toward Fire Services.
